Our tailored pants are sewn upon order as well as our t-shirts and sweatshirts which are all custom-made to order. Please note that it may take some time to produce your garment and, once sewn or printed, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to pay attention to your choice of product and size, and to contact us with any doubts or questions before placing your order.
The Customer shall send to the Seller a relevant explicit written notice within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The communication must be made by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org inserting as object “Withdrawal purchase contract” followed by your order number that you can retrieve from the e-mail notification received when executed the order, or by logging in with your e-mail and password on the site, you will find all the info in your profile.
The Customer is entitled to select, at his own discretion, the courier or the postal service to employ for returning the goods. We advise to employ a service which offers also the tracking of the goods in order to check the correct delivery of the returned goods.
The Seller shall not be in any way held liable for any damage or theft/loss of any good returned using not insured shipping. The item shall be returned intact and properly packed in its original packaging together with any accessory.
We do not accept returns or replacements for items on sale and “Nice Price” unless they show obvious conformity defects.
The Seller, after check on the returned Product and approval of the return, shall refund the price of the Product and the shipping costs incurred by the Customer upon submission of the order (excluding any additional cost arising from the selection of a delivery method which differs from the less expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller).
The refund shall be done within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notice by the Customer of his right of withdrawal upon receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed by Customer and Seller.
Returns for good replacement
Will not be replaced customized products, damaged products, products with any type of wear, items on sale and “Nice Price” unless they show obvious conformity defects. The goods purchased may be replaced upon notice by the customer within 10 days from the delivery date.
Wrong size replacements procedure
Requests to exchange goods for wrong size will be accepted only in case of manifest discrepancy (non-conformity) of sizes received with respect to the measures indicated for each product on the site relating as expressed in the point “size guide”.
In any case, only products returned undamaged, complete with labels and not worn and / or washed, will be replaced.
To allow us to evaluate the replacement request, we ask you to contact us via e-mail by attaching:
A picture (or more) of the item received, on a flat surface, with a measuring tool on the garment highlighting the wrong size.
We will proceed to compare the measurements in the photo with those in our size guidelines and, in case of non-correspondence, we will authorize the replacement by arranging the collection at our expense of the non-conforming product and sending you the replacement one.
The replacement will take place with an identical garment, but of correct size, within the limits of its availability.

Standard product replacement procedure
To return and replace a product proceed as follows:
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject “Change Request Goods’ followed by your order number that you can recover from notification emails received when executing the order, or by logging in with your email and password into the website, you will find all info in your profile.
Object: “Request returnable order # 4567”
Text: describe your problem (wrong size, non-conforming goods to order, etc.) and specify the items to be changed and the new products you want to receive providing the following information: Product name, size and color. You can find all this information in the relevant product page.
The replacement goods will be shipped only upon receipt of the products to be replaced.
Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in those cases where an error has been detected on Monvic’s part or there are obvious product conformity defects.
Returns will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable.
