How Does It Work?

  1. Purchase the product online and request customization ⇒ Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. You can complete the purchase and request the custom modifications afterward (in the order notes or by responding to the order confirmation). Alternatively, you can contact us through the REQUEST button on the product page, via email, or call us directly to communicate the modifications you want (length, stitching, graphic additions, etc.).
  2. Receive a personalized quote ⇒If you’ve already paid for the order, we will send you the additional cost for the requested modifications to be settled separately. If you chose bank transfer as the payment method, you’ll receive the updated total to pay.
  3. We customize the garment for you ⇒Once the modifications are confirmed and payment is received, our artisans will begin crafting your custom garment, ensuring the utmost care and attention to every detail.
  4. Production Time ⇒Artisan modifications take a bit more time. Please allow 10 additional business days for your custom garment to be made.

  • The listed costs apply to each requested modification.
  • Customizations are available upon request at the time of order or right after purchase.
  • In the rare case that the fabric is not available for the requested modifications, we will contact you to discuss other options.
